What To Expect...
- If you would like, we can meet and discuss your needs before committing to a contract along with answering any questions that you may have.
- I will send you an estimate based on the information I collect about your event that you can review and make any necessary changes if need be. Once you agree to the contract, you then print and sign the contract and mail it to me along with your first deposit.
- I will call you two weeks before your event to go over everything and to check for any last minute changes you may have and to go over your contact information.
- I will contact the place where the event is held to go over the necessary insurance forms and to introduce myself to the facilities manager. It's important to get in touch with them to ensure everything goes smoothly upon our arrival in terms of good shooting locations, parking, event times, etc.
- I will arrive at your starting location 15-30 minutes before the required time to set up all of my equipment and scout the location for photography.
- I will basically be your "shadow" for the day, ready to capture those special moments without being intrusive.
- When the event is over I will go to my home office and start downloading all of your images for safe-keeping. Then, I will start organizing and editing your images. I will keep you informed of my progress.
- Once the images have been completed, I will send you link to your Shutterfly.com gallery. Send this link to all of your guests to order from. Any prints they order will be mailed directly to their home address. The gallery will stay active for a minimum of one year from the date it was posted. - If you ordered proofs, I will have your book completed and ready for pickup/delivery. If you choose to pick it up, I will be happy to go over it with you. At this time, the balance of the event is due.
- If you chose a custom Photobook, you will go through your gallery and let me know what images you want me to use. If you would like, you can tell me to "just do it" and I will go through the gallery myself and use my own judgement. I will send you a Shutterfly link to show you the proof. At that time, you can edit any of the pages if you would like before editing. When you receive your finished book, the balance of the event is due. - If you decide to have any services added after your event, I am always available for retouching, art prints, etc. There is no timeframe, and I have clients call me years later to have a Photobook or other custom items made.
